December 11, 2019 in New York – 11 dicembre 2019 alla Grande Mela – “ La Rivoluzione Bilingue “, book launch and networking event, at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York,

Book launch of Fabrice Jaumont Ph.D @doc.fj  Godfather of the Bilingual Revolution “ { NY Times}. Interviewed by Annavaleria Guazzieri Ph.D, Director Education Office Consulat of Italy, translation in Italian by Stefania Puxeddu of the original book “ The Bilingual Revolution ”. The book talk was introduced by Paolo Barlera, Director of the Italian Cultural Institute, followed by Francesco Genuardi, Consul General of Italy. Many thanks to Fabrice Jaumont Ph.D for honoring my book covers’ work during his talk and for the warm welcome of the audience. By magic, just coming back from a long stay in Italy, where I painted exhibit and lectured, I could not have imagine a better way of returning to New York City.

My stunning and unexpected discovery for the Italian culture goes back to 2015 where I started tackling the Piedmont’s landscape, first with watercolors on rice paper, later with my wood engravings, and finally this year with my iPad tablet. The friendships I have being developing and support I have been given during my stays over the years are countless to the point that is start to feel like a second home and family. It is little to state that my commuincations and sharing with the communities I have lived with has grown exponentially. They have features me on their reviews and newspapers, they invited me to exhibit, create workshops and lectures. I have just lectured prior my return to NYC in the city of Alessandria, Piedmont at “l’Istituto Istruzione Superiore Saluzzo Plana” and [to my own surprise and humbeling challenge] at the hospital ” Azienda Ospedale Nazionale SS. Antonio e Biagio e Cesare Arrigo “. All of this events have been summarized in my Instagram account @raimonart . My next workshop has been just confirmed for next year at” L’ Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti di Genova ” { School of Fine Arts}. A memorendum of my “2019’s Italian Art work and Events” will be posted on this site on the following days.

Thank you all at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York for your kind courtesy and generosity on organizing this important event and to Fabrice Jaumont Ph.D for inviting me and supporting my art work!
